Report and Complaint

At KPaja, we take the safety of our community and respect for people's rights seriously.

KPaja is a platform that allows users to publish and share content. Due to the nature of a user-generated content service, we cannot manually review every file before it is published.

For this reason, we provide mechanisms that allow anyone to report content they believe is illegal, violates our Terms and Conditions, infringes third-party rights, or poses a risk to the community.

1. What Can You Report?

You may report, among other things:

  • Content published without authorization.

  • Content that infringes copyright.

  • Images or videos published without the consent of the persons depicted.

  • Content containing personal information that has been improperly published.

  • Harassment, threats, extortion, or blackmail.

  • Impersonation.

  • Content involving or potentially involving persons under 18 years of age.

  • Sexual exploitation or abuse material.

  • Illegal violence.

  • Bestiality or other content prohibited under our Terms.

  • Fraud, spam, or malicious activities.

  • Any other content that you believe violates our Terms or applicable law.

2. Content Involving Minors

KPaja maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any child sexual abuse or exploitation material.

If you believe that content may involve a minor, you must report it immediately.

Do not download, copy, share, or redistribute the material in order to submit a report.

Provide only the information necessary for us to locate the content, such as the URL of the post or the relevant profile.

These reports may receive priority handling. KPaja may restrict the content and associated account while a review is conducted and may preserve relevant technical information when necessary.

Where there is a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority, KPaja may cooperate and provide information as legally required.

3. How to Submit a Report

The fastest way to report content is to use the Report / 🚩 button available on the relevant post.

Briefly explain what issue the content presents.

Additional Information:
Any information that may help us understand the reason for the report.

You do not need to provide personal information that is not relevant to the report.

4. Privacy or Consent-Related Reports

If you appear in a photograph, video, or other content published on KPaja and believe that the material was published without your authorization, you may report it.

To the extent reasonably possible, please provide:

  • URL of the content.

  • Reason for the request.

  • Explanation of your relationship to the content.

  • Any information necessary to help us evaluate the claim.

We may request additional information when necessary to verify the claim.

For privacy and security reasons, we will not necessarily disclose the identity of the person who submitted the report to the user who published the content, unless we are legally required to do so.

5. Copyright

If you are a copyright holder and believe that content published on KPaja infringes your rights, please use our specific copyright/DMCA complaint procedure.

Copyright complaints must provide sufficient information to identify the material, the allegedly infringed right, and the claimant's relationship to that right.

Please consult our DMCA page for specific information regarding this procedure.

6. What Happens After You Submit a Report?

Once a report is received, KPaja may:

  1. Record the report.

  2. Review the information provided.

  4. Temporarily restrict the content.

  5. Remove the content.

  6. Keep the content available when no violation is found.

  7. Suspend or block the associated account when appropriate.

  8. Take other measures necessary to protect users and the platform.

Not all reports will necessarily result in the removal of content.

The decision will depend on the nature of the report, the information available, our Terms, applicable law, and the particular circumstances of the case.

7. Response Time

We attempt to review reports within a reasonable period of time.

Cases involving safety, minors, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or other potentially serious situations may receive priority.

We do not guarantee a specific resolution timeframe, as certain cases may require additional investigation or information from third parties.

8. False or Abusive Reports

Reporting mechanisms must be used in good faith.

You may not use them to:

  • Deliberately harm another user.

  • Attempt to remove legitimate content for personal reasons.

  • Submit mass reports without a valid basis.

  • Harass other users through reports.

  • Knowingly provide false information.

  • Attempt to use the reporting system to obtain private information about other users.

KPaja may take action against accounts that use the reporting system abusively or fraudulently.

9. Confidentiality of Reports

Information submitted through a report may be used to investigate the matter, protect users, enforce our Terms, improve our security systems, and comply with legal obligations.

Report information may be accessible to personnel or administrators who need to use it to manage the incident.

When necessary for security, investigation, or legal compliance purposes, KPaja may retain technical records associated with a report.

Please consult our Privacy Policy for more information about the processing and retention of personal data.

10. Cooperation with Authorities

When there is a valid request from a competent authority or an applicable legal obligation, KPaja may preserve and provide information as legally required.

Depending on the information available, this may include account-related information, technical records, dates and times of access, IP addresses, or other relevant information.

KPaja does not guarantee that it will always have sufficient information to personally identify a user.

11. Important

If you believe there is a situation involving immediate danger to a person, you should contact the appropriate authorities or emergency services directly.

KPaja's reporting system does not replace law enforcement, judicial authorities, or emergency services.
